How-to Map Photos on Flickr with Pinpoint Accuracy

It seems that I haven’t (in the time of writ­ing) added a geolo­ca­tion to one of my favorite pho­tographs, as well as Life-moments.

Truly a “Breath­less Bal­cony.” Taken on the third day of a recent Inka Trail trek at Intipata in Peru.

Mean­while, back to the sub­ject. If we’re talk­ing about Flickr, Yahoo! comes to mind. The only thing that sucks about map­ping on Flickr is the lim­ited cov­er­age and sub­par details of Yahoo! Maps (in this case). You get results like these:

Eventful Weekend with Rhythm Natives in SF

My bro and his bro­hams, the Rhythm Natives, went to visit the Bay Area this past week­end. They were part of Bambu’s Smug­glers Tour in SF. I had the oppor­tu­nity in tak­ing some pho­tos from both their shows: Fri­day, May 20th at 111 Minna Gallery; and Sat­ur­day, May 21st at Rockit Room.

Luck­ily, we sur­vived The Rap­ture or I wouldn’t have been able to get these posted. =)

Screen­sta­gram—pretty cool screen­saver for Mac OSX.

Screen­sta­gram dis­plays pho­tos from Insta­gram. It can show you your friends’ pho­tos or pho­tos from the Insta­gram pop­u­lar feed, which con­tains highly rated pho­tos from across the Insta­gram community.

Is It The Camera?

Well, is it? A cou­ple of months old in terms of the video/documentary in this post, but its still rel­e­vant. Prob­a­bly as rel­e­vant years ago when there were a lot of cam­eras to pick from.
