Add Insult to My Injury — Bernard Pollard Fan Club T-Shirt

As if grown men (like me) everywhere in Fantasy Football land haven’t suffered enough… Believe Merch has designed a t-shirt commemorating Bernard Pollard’s infamous hit on Tom Brady this past Sunday. Not to mention, they were kind enough to add a small bio on him and why the tee came about:

Bernard Karmell Pollard (born December 23, 1984 in Fort Wayne, Indiana) is an American football safety for the Kansas City Chiefs in the National Football League. He was drafted in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft. Pollard played college football at Purdue University. Pollard has been dubbed “The Bonecrusher” for his hard hits and tackles.

On September 7, 2008, Pollard was involved in a play that ended with New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady being taken off the field with a knee injury and not returning for the rest of the game. It was later revealed that Pollard’s hit on Brady most likely has ended the quarterback’s season.

The shirt is available on red or white for $19.99. You may go to their product page by clicking here.

Bastards! Good one =)

Threadless Now Doing Print

You can now get your favorite shirt designs on print from Threadless. They are starting w/ a limited run of 250 per design; costing at about $35 at the moment (size 18“x24”). I just emailed them wondering if they’ll be hooking that up w/ a framing service as well—I think they are personally if the cost ain’t too much. It just makes sense.

Update
It seems Threadless has moved their “Print” section over to the reigns of Society6, and blik.

SigEp’s Studio 69 Shirt Design

Well… since they are handing out the shirts today, I guess there is no harm in showing them—the rough sketch.

Update
I finally got around to updating this post since moving it from MovableType to WordPress. Anyways, it was using a popup-window. Figure I just put this under one roof. Meanwhile, I did have some notes on this piece as well:

  • Colors: earth-tones (mid-brown color shirt, with dull-bold gold/yellow for print)
  • Might use glittery-ink for the girls shirt’s gold/yellow ink
  • About the back-design: “siGep” is up-top middle. “come Again” is mid-center of the back.

Here’s a layout shot in terms of design-positioning on the shirt:
