Watchmen Animated Series on iTunes

Seems that they are getting ready to amp up The Watchmen Movie for 2009, and have apparently added the animated series into iTunes.

Watchmen Motion Comics

Set in an alternate reality mirroring the United States in the 1980s, Alan Moore’s Watchmen is the only graphic novel to earn a Hugo Award, as well as a spot on Time Magazine’s list of 100 best English-language novels. Now you can enjoy this classic saga in its motion comics form, as it examines the nature of modern vigilantism, crime, and the decay of many norms in society. Download the first episode or buy a Season Pass and get all 12 chapters, as they’re available, for just $19.99.

Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog Available via Hulu

For those who haven’t seen the free “webisodes” a couple of weeks back written by Joss Whedon (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly, Toy Story, etc.) and features Neil Patrick Harris (Doogie MD) and Nathan Fillion (Firefly), Hulu seems to have put it up for free (vs. $3.99 from iTunes).
