		<description>Well, based on Flickr's &lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/terms.gne" rel="nofollow"&gt;Terms of Use&lt;/a&gt;, they state the fact that "what's yours is yours" near the Copyright section. But hey, its Yahoo! ... so we'll see how that Terms of Use get interpreted by the corporate-mothership.
